& Care.

Psychotherapy for mind, body and spirit.

I see therapy as emotional digestion: taking a pause from life to feel what needs to be felt, to listen to what needs to stay, and to release what is no longer needed.

Therapy, for me, is not just a professional service; it's a commitment to being present, consistent and reliable for my clients. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the impact it can have on fostering personal and collective growth. Together, we can delve into all aspects of your life, creating a space where you can be authentically yourself and live fully.

My practice is built on supporting your intentions in therapy by deepening self-awareness through psychotherapeutic methods, as well as what you uniquely may be interested in considering through contemplative and somatic practices. I’m down-to-earth and want to understand what’s really important to you.

I’m often wondering in sessions, “How could you be more fully alive?”. Let’s start there.
